Default Balanced Adrenaline Spike Build - Critique

http://gwshack.us/70a16

My guild currently runs the above build. I would like your critique please

How we play:

* Attack:
- The Warriors build adrenaline.
- The Mesmer try to disrupt/harass/shutdown the monk(s)
- If the Monks kited, Mesmer assist in spike
- Warriors spike called target with caster assistance

* Defence:
- Monks heal and remove priority Conditions/Hexes
- E/Mo have Heal Party and Extinguish
- Rit Lord

* Split:
- The Axe Warrior, CripShotter was designed for splitting 6-2
- With Monk assistance split 5-3 (not sure if this is optimum)
- Question: Is a 4-4 split viable with this build? (I dont think so)

All comments are most welcome

Questions:
- Is the attribute spread optimized?
- What is the weaknesses in out build? How would you improve them?
- Is it worthwhile removing the hard rez from the Mesmer and add Gale in place of *Add Skill Here*
